Jobs & placements

What kinds of roles does Crestline place?

Part-time work only. The current board covers customer care, operations and admin, retail and events, digital support, and creative and content. Roles can be remote in the United States, hybrid in Lexington, or on-site in Lexington.

Do I need an account to apply?

No. There is no account and no application dashboard. Each role notice gives an email address and a subject line. Send the email from any address you check regularly.

What happens after I apply?

The office reads the application and replies by email. Before any placement, we confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States and that you meet any minimum age the role or its insurer carries. An application is not an offer of employment.

Is there a fee to apply?

No payment is collected through this site. Applications and enquiries are handled by email, and the site has no account, cart, or checkout.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Yes. Send a separate email for each role and use that role's subject line. If two schedules cannot work together, tell us in the message and the office can help you choose.

Where are the roles located?

Remote roles are open to people in the United States. Hybrid and on-site roles are in Lexington, Kentucky. The location line on each notice tells you which arrangement applies.

Text messages

Do you send marketing messages?

Yes. The text program is mixed: it includes marketing and promotional part-time job alerts, hiring event invitations, and seasonal hiring offers, plus transactional application status updates, interview scheduling, and recruiter follow-ups. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Is the consent box checked by default?

No. The box starts unchecked and is not required to submit the form. You can use every other part of the site, including applying for a role, without joining the text list.

Does applying for a role sign me up for texts?

No. Text consent is collected only on the Updates page, through the optional checkbox. The application email and the contact form do not opt you into anything.

How do I stop the messages?

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or UNSUB to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email the office. The exact keyword set and automatic replies are on the SMS Terms page.

What messages will I actually receive?

The Updates page shows all four message formats used for this program. The sender name is Crestline, and the messages do not include a phone number or a link.

The four message formats and the full keyword set are on the Updates page and the SMS Terms. The consent box is always optional and unchecked by default.
